The Plan
Write it in November. Run it all year.
On November 11-12, you write the business plan for your next year. Full-price students are live and in person in West Palm Beach, in the room with Sharkey. On January 1st, the plan goes live. Then you follow it, in writing, for a full twelve months.
The sequence
Three moves. One year.
01 · November 11-12
The workshop
Two days, live and in person in West Palm Beach. You, your last twelve months of numbers, and a broker who has run his own book since 2004. You leave with a written business plan for the coming year. Earned-seat students join virtually.
02 · January 1st
Go live
The plan starts. Weekly SMART numbers. Quarterly reviews. Adjustments when the data says adjust, not when your mood does.
03 · All year
Run it
Twelve months of execution with a cohort and a broker checking the numbers. The plan is the boss. Not the market.
Why November
Plan before the year starts.
Most agents plan in January, after the year has already started. That's not planning. That's wishing.
Business owners decide what next year looks like before it begins. November is for deciding. January 1st is for executing. Sharkey runs the workshop in November for exactly that reason.
